  • Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly coaching sessions and 1 : 1 development meetings with agents
  • Set clear production goals and hold agents accountable to milestones
  • Leverage CRM and database tools to manage agent follow-up and progress
  • Drive adoption of company systems for marketing, lead generation, and operations
  • Foster a no-drama, high-performance team culture rooted in clarity and results
  • Identify and nurture potential agent recruits to support smart team growth
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate team leadership and / or sales management
  • Proven track record of coaching agents to consistent, measurable results
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort with CRM / database management
  • Familiarity with platforms like Sierra, Skyslope, KVCore, and Dotloop is a plus
  • Emotionally intelligent leadership style with a focus on accountability and growth
  • Social media proficiency is a bonus, but not a requirement
