Lead weekly coaching sessions and 1 : 1 development meetings with agentsSet clear production goals and hold agents accountable to milestonesLeverage CRM and database tools to manage agent follow-up and progressDrive adoption of company systems for marketing, lead generation, and operationsFoster a no-drama, high-performance team culture rooted in clarity and resultsIdentify and nurture potential agent recruits to support smart team growthQualifications
5+ years of experience in real estate team leadership and / or sales managementProven track record of coaching agents to consistent, measurable resultsStrong organizational skills and comfort with CRM / database managementFamiliarity with platforms like Sierra, Skyslope, KVCore, and Dotloop is a plusEmotionally intelligent leadership style with a focus on accountability and growthSocial media proficiency is a bonus, but not a requirement
