SUMMARY
The Klaritee Federal Safety Council (KFSC) is recruiting a senior military operations leader to guide the responsible, safe, and mission‑consistent deployment of Interpretive Geometric Intelligence (IGI) in defense environments where precision, reliability, and operational coherence are non‑negotiable.
As the
Director of Defense Operations & Mission Assurance , you will serve as the Council’s
principal expert
on joint‑force operations, mission assurance, secure communications, escalation thresholds, and high‑pressure decision frameworks. You understand the realities of military tempo, where unclear information, delayed decisions, or ambiguous systems can undermine operational readiness or endanger personnel.
This role is ideal for former senior military officers (O‑5, O‑6, or general officer equivalents), commanders with joint‑service experience, or leaders who have overseen mission‑critical operations, large‑scale deployments, or defense modernization initiatives. Your perspective will directly inform defense‑related safety protocols, operational standards, and deployment parameters for deterministic reasoning systems used in sensitive or mission‑critical contexts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the Council’s lead authority on military operations, mission assurance, and defense‑system integration.
Evaluate IGI’s applicability in joint‑force operational environments, secure communications, operational readiness evaluations, and intelligence‑to‑operations handoff cycles.
Provide practical insight on deployment feasibility in active or high‑risk settings.
Identify ambiguities, operational blind spots, and risk escalators in IGI workflows for defense applications.
Help architect guardrails and deterministic standards designed to prevent mission degradation.
Ensure IGI strengthens, rather than disrupts, operational tempo, clarity, and unit‑level execution.
Work closely with the Directors of National Security, Cybersecurity, Public Safety, and State Systems to maintain consistent mission‑assurance doctrine across civilian and military environments.
Support conversations with DoD leadership, Unified Combatant Commands, service branches, and defense agencies.
Contribute to IGI safety standards relevant to operational planning, logistics and supply chain integrity, training and readiness cycles.
Represent defense interests in Council deliberations and policy recommendations.
Advise the KFSC‑Executive Director, Director of Regulatory Affairs and Founder on defense‑specific risks, expectations, and operational realities.
Translate military operational requirements into clear deployment protocols for deterministic systems.
Ensure recommendations reflect chain‑of‑command integrity, mission consistency, and safety adherence at every level.
IDEAL BACKGROUND
Former Commanders, Colonels, Captains (O‑5 / O‑6), Generals, or senior enlisted strategic leaders.
Officers with joint‑force experience (combatant commands, inter‑service operations, or joint task forces).
Leaders experienced in mission assurance, secure communications, readiness assessments, defense modernization or emerging technology integration.
Professionals with deep credibility, disciplined judgment, and service‑driven leadership.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Ensures IGI standards reflect the real‑world operational demands of military environments.
Builds a mission‑assurance doctrine that is strict, clear, and reliable under time‑sensitive conditions.
Strengthens interoperability between defense, intelligence, public safety, and civilian domains.
Protects the integrity, clarity, and reliability of deterministic reasoning within mission‑critical contexts.
Provides strategic confidence to defense leaders evaluating IGI for sensitive or high‑stakes use.
WHY JOIN
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of defense safety standards, ensuring that emerging reasoning systems support the mission, protect personnel, and uphold the highest levels of operational integrity within the United States military.
Honest Application Notice
Klaritee receives applications from exceptional leaders across public safety, defense, intelligence, government, cybersecurity, and legal domains. These roles, however, require demonstrated senior‑level experience, operational judgment, and domain authority. Please evaluate your background honestly before applying.
Submissions that are clearly misaligned with the stated requirements, including applications lacking the necessary credentials, executive experience, or operational relevance, may be permanently removed from consideration for future opportunities at Klaritee.
This policy protects the integrity of the Klaritee Federal Safety Council, ensures a fair and responsible review process, and preserves the time of applicants whose expertise genuinely aligns with these nationally impactful roles.
