We make one thing, and we do it really well : the piadina — a warm, freshly made Italian flatbread filled with amazing ingredients.

After serving millions of guests across Italy and France, we’re bringing our love for authentic Italian food to the U.S. — and we’re looking for passionate Store Managers to help us make it happen.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Manager at La Piadineria, you’re not just running a restaurant — you’re leading a team, building a culture, and creating memorable moments every single day.

You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch food quality, and foster a positive, high-performing environment where your people — and your guests — truly feel at home.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing team to deliver excellence every day.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and guest-focused culture.

Guest Experience

  • Deliver authentic Italian hospitality and ensure every guest feels welcome.
  • Turn feedback into actionable improvements to enhance satisfaction.
  • Store Operations

  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, quality, and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure every piadina meets our promise of freshness and consistency.
  • Performance & Profitability

  • Monitor key KPIs — sales, service quality, and team performance.
  • Manage inventory, cash flow, and costs to drive profitability and efficiency
  • Who You Are

  • You’ve got at least 3 years of management experience in restaurant or retail.
  • You’re a natural leader who knows how to inspire, coach, and grow people.
  • You love Italian food (bonus points if you can say “piadina” correctly ?).
  • You understand how to run a store — from scheduling and training to budgets and operations.
  • You’re calm under pressure and great at finding solutions on the spot.
  • You’re flexible with hours — evenings, weekends, and holidays are part of the fun.

  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during shifts.
  • Comfortable lifting items weighing up to 50–60 lbs. as part of daily operations.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and crouching.
  • Able to handle kitchen tools and sharp equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.
