The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating unit functions during their shift. In collaboration with the management team, the CNC evaluates nursing care, acts as a resource for staff, and embodies our organization's mission and values to enhance patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Facilitates admission and discharge processes for optimal patient care and efficient hospital operations.Participates in assessing the quality of care services provided within the unit.Fosters teamwork with colleagues to promote improved patient outcomes and service quality.Emphasizes a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery as needed.Enhances employee engagement through various initiatives, including staff rounding and support practices.Involved in interviewing, selecting, and training new talent, while ensuring compliance with policies.Assist with staff scheduling and manages labor resources in line with patient care needs.Aids in maintaining proper inventory control and managing supplies and equipment.Qualifications :
