Position Title : Quality Control Technician

Work Location : Worcester, MA 01605

Assignment Duration : 6 Months (Possible Extension)

Work Arrangement : Onsite - Requires standing for most of the shift and shuttling between buildings

Shift : Sunday to Thursday morning shift 9-5 : 30PM

Position Summary

The Quality Control Technician will perform microbiological testing to support product and material release in compliance with GMP standards. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and the ability to execute laboratory techniques with accuracy and minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological test methods as written to support product and material release.
• Execute various laboratory techniques with precision and minimal error following training.
• Understand, implement, and maintain GMP standards for laboratory records, procedures, and systems.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure completion within deadlines.
• Support investigation writers and approvers by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
• Write or revise laboratory procedures under supervision.
• Manage individual workload effectively while working under guidance from a supervisor.
• Perform data trending and support preparation of trend reports.
• Be available to work on weekends and holidays as required.
