Job Summary

Morrison Healthcare - the nation’s leading healthcare foodservice provider - is hiring a senior-level leader to oversee dining operations at a rapidly growing hospital in Monroe, NC.

Position Highlights :

Lead and manage large-scale food service operations in a hospital setting

Salary range : $100 - 125K + bonus potential

Growth opportunities in the Charlotte region

Relocation assistance available (50+ miles radius)

No late nights; alternating weekends only

Key Responsibilities :

Lead a diverse team of culinary and support staff

Ensure high-quality, nutritious meals and patient-centered service

Manage budgets, control costs, and drive operational efficiency

Maintain strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Collaborate with hospital leadership to enhance service delivery

Ideal Candidate :

7-10 years of food service leadership (healthcare preferred)

Strong financial, operational, and people management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Nutrition, or related field (Master’s preferred)
