Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1130 - $1210

Sterile Processing Technician Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of recent experience as a Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) in a hospital or healthcare facility

Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CRCST, CBSPD, or equivalent certification required)

Expertise in Orthopedic and Neurosurgical instrumentation and surgical tray assembly

Previous travel assignment or contract healthcare experience highly preferred

Strong attention to detail, commitment to patient safety, and infection prevention

Sterile Processing Technician Responsibilities

Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment according to hospital and regulatory standards

Specialize in handling Ortho and Neuro surgical trays and instruments for operating rooms

Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes, inventory, and equipment tracking

Collaborate with surgical, nursing, and clinical support teams to ensure timely delivery of sterile supplies

Adhere to hospital policies, infection control protocols, and healthcare regulatory guidelines
