Quality Supervisor

Lead and supervise a team of QA inspectors to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Investigate and resolve quality complaints, non-conformances, and deviations from specifications. Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to identify and address quality concerns. Conduct First Article, in-process, receiving, and final inspections to support production activities.

Essential Skills :

• 5 years of quality assurance experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in quality assurance and inspection techniques.
• Experience with calipers and quality inspection processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret customer specifications and standards.
• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $34.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
