Position highlights :

• Patient Centered Care : Approximately 12 patients per day in an outpatient setting, allowing for in-depth, personalized care.
• Regular Hours : Typical shift M-F, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm, no call, protected administrative time.
• Interdisciplinary Team : Work alongside Clinical Pharmacists, Mental Health clinicians, Nurses and other healthcare professionals, leveraging a team-based approach to patient care.
• Teaching Opportunities : Engage in teaching, helping to shape the future of medicine by mentoring young professionals.
• Loan Repayment Program : Qualified candidates may be eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (up to $200K over a 5-year period).

Pay : Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases

Paid Time Off : 50–55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME). Opportunity for paid parental leave.

Compensation Information :

$220000.00 / Annually - $240000.00 / AnnuallyDetails :

up to $200k in loan repayment; up to $15K in performance incentive
