Shift : M-F with occasional Saturdays

Duration : 13 weeks

Facility Setting? ARU / LtACH

Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? LTACH

Number of beds in your facility? 18

EMR for your facility : UDS ProDoc

Scrub colors / dress code : Black

Parking Location : In front of the hospital

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted CA License

Active BLS certification

Years of Experience : 1 year

Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
