- Help our guests get the experience they deserve at Roper Kia.
- You will work directly with our guests to help provide a seamless service experience from start to finish.

Identify issues and service needed by listening to guests' descriptions of problems Prepare repair orders Maintain records listing problems when they arise Verify warranty and service contract coverage Ordering parts and tracking them as needed Update guests on all progress checks needed Identify and pursue maintenance intervals Skills Needed : Mechanical knowledge is preferred Able to problem solve and adjust quickly Great customer service skills Effective and courteous communication both verbal and written Willing to learn new things without hesitation Highly organized when under pressure Powered by JazzHR
