The Personnel Coordinator supports Human Resource processes within the office and fosters positive employee relations. This role involves record-keeping, candidate tracking, and data entry. Key responsibilities include verifying I-9 documentation, administering background checks, benefits, assistance with employee terminations, performance reviews, and recruitment. Additionally, the Personnel Coordinator ensures compliance within Company policies, Federal and State regulations.
Schedule -
Monday to Friday, 9am- 5pm
Compensation -
Starts at $17.00 / hr (varies based on experience)
Responsibilities -
Conducting background checks, verifying references, and interviewing candidates, as well as assisting with recruiting efforts and screening applicants
Builds strong relationships with Direct Care Workers and consumers, prioritizing excellent customer service
Manages data entry, coordinates orientations, and organizes applicant tracking. -Assembles and audits personnel files, ensuring all HR requirements are met year-round
