What You'll Do
Conduct in-home assessments to understand comfort needs and recommend solutionsBuild rapport and trust with homeowners, educating them on system optionsPresent multiple equipment and financing solutions clearly and professionallyEducate customers on the benefits of system upgrades, energy efficiency, and comfort solutionsManage the full sales process from lead to closeWork closely with install and service teams to ensure smooth transitionsMaintain accurate records in the CRM and stay on top of scheduling, change orders, and close-out documentationContinuously grow your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and coachingWhat You Bring
1+ year of residential or HVAC-related sales experience (2+ years preferred)Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skillsProven ability to meet or exceed sales goalsSelf-motivated with a strong sense of accountabilityCRM experience (ServiceTitan a plus)Valid driver's license and clean driving recordTeam-oriented mindset and a proactive, problem-solving attitudeJoin a Team You Can Be Proud Of
