Omni Wound Physicians is actively hiring Clinical Education Managers (LPNs) in Nevada to lead provider onboarding, documentation training, and field-based compliance education. This position is ideal for experienced LPNs with a wound care background and strong documentation and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay Range :
Las Vegas Metro & Henderson : $34.00 – $40.00 per hour
Outlying Markets (e.g., Pahrump, rural NV) : $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
Final rate depends on experience, market conditions, and qualifications

About the Role
The Clinical Education Manager (LPN) / Client Liaison plays a dual role in training mobile wound care providers and maintaining quality assurance relationships with SNF and post-acute partners. You’ll help onboard new clinicians, ensure documentation meets CMS and Nevada DHHS standards, and support proactive survey readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Training & Onboarding
Train new providers (MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs) on wound documentation, including staging, photography, measurements, and narratives
Lead onboarding, clinical shadowing, and field coaching
Deliver in-services and mock audits for SNF and agency partners
Align education with Nevada DHHS , CMS, and payer requirements
Support F-tag documentation compliance (e.g., F684, F686, F657, F838)
Audit & Documentation Coaching
Review clinical records (Wound Reports, Skin Sweeps, GT Sweeps)
Identify compliance gaps and provide corrective coaching
Contribute to internal audit tracking and QAPI data
Assist facilities with survey prep and documentation remediation
Client Relationship Support
Act as a field-facing liaison to SNFs and home health partners
Maintain strong relationships with DONs, ADONs, Wound Nurses, and Admins
Escalate issues or performance concerns to clinical leadership
Reinforce Omni Wound Physicians’ reputation for quality and accountability
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Licensure
Associate degree in nursing or related field required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Nevada
Valid Nevada driver’s license and clean MVR
Proof of auto insurance
Experience
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in SNF, LTC, or post-acute wound care
At least 1 year of experience in documentation training, onboarding, compliance coaching, or survey readiness
Familiarity with Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH) standards and CMS documentation guidelines
Technical Skills
Proficiency in EMRs (e.g., PointClickCare, MatrixCare)
Skilled in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides)
Experience using field communication apps like Slack or similar
Typing speed of 45–60 WPM and ability to complete electronic reviews in the field
Preferred Certifications
WCC, WOCN, or CWS wound care certification
Experience in QAPI, survey prep, or credentialing coordination
Technical & Physical Requirements
Driving & Travel :
Must travel regularly within a 50-mile service area
Must maintain a valid Nevada driver’s license and insured personal vehicle
Mobility & Ergonomics :
Ability to stand, walk, or move for extended periods while at SNFs, HHAs, or training locations
Must be able to lift or carry up to 25 lbs of training materials or equipment
Comfortable working on laptops, tablets, or mobile devices in field-based environments
Position Details
Part-time, hourly (1–3 shifts per week depending on demand)
Flexible schedule; occasional evening / weekend work during onboarding or survey support
Field-based role with limited administrative flexibility (not remote)
