We're Looking For A(n) : Legal Intern

Location : Remote

What You'll Be Doing : The Legal Department is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated law student for a part-time, remote internship during the Spring semester. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with in-house counsel on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, with a primary focus on the contract-management lifecycle and entity governance. This position offers meaningful exposure to the daily operations of a corporate legal function.

Contract Management Support

• Assist with the full contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting, review, negotiation, approval, and execution processes.
• Maintain and update contract records, key terms, and metadata within the company's contract management system.
• Help monitor and track contract status and renewal dates to ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare contract summaries and assist with the creation and refinement of contract templates and playbooks.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of internal processes and tools for efficient contract management.

Entity Governance & Information Management

General Department Support

Perform administrative and operational tasks related to legal workflows.

The base salary range is $17-$20.

The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote"
