About the Job :

Medical Assistant Opening in our Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery Department.

Objective :

We’re looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role plays a key part in supporting licensed providers and ensuring a smooth and efficient clinical experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and room patients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare patients for exams and assist providers as needed.
  • Provide patient education and support.
  • Assist physicians with in-office procedures.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently when needed.
  • Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of experience working as a Medical Assistant.
  • Travel to satellite locations : Danbury, Ridgefield and Norwalk- New Milford (during training)
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
  • Schedule :

  • Monday through Friday (32-36 hours per week).
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Compensation :

  • Salary based on experience.
  • Bonus offered : $1,000 after 6 months of employment; $1,000 after one year of employment.
