Coordinate with Food and Beverage Leadership to execute successful banquets onsite at the hotel.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
- Assist in set-up procedures to ensure room design is executed correctly
- Maintain a timeline of events to ensure seamless service
- Ensure cleanliness of space and all equipment is in working condition
- Collaborate on buffet set up drink stations and snack tables for each event as needed
- Organize work area and storage area
- Provide a high level of professional customer service at all times
- Provide set up service and tear down of each scheduled event
- Respond promptly and courteously to requests
- Must be able to carry a full tray of 6-8 plates with food on them
- Carry trays with multiple drinks on it.
- Coordinate with Food and Beverage Leadership to execute successful banquets onsite at the hotel.
- Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests
