Key Responsibilities :

Develop bank connectivity and payment automation products, ensuring top-notch security, stability, and performance.
Collaborate effectively with Product Managers and DevOps Software Engineers in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
Implement security by design principles for both public and internal APIs.
Tackle architectural and technical challenges to simplify complexity while delivering customer value.
Conduct impactful code reviews and engage in pair programming sessions with team members.
Define and execute the technical roadmap to enhance team velocity and manage technical debt.

What We’re Looking For :

Proficiency in Golang or similar compiled, statistically typed programming languages.

Experience with relational databases, SQL, and knowledge of high-concurrency environments, transaction management, and isolation.

Understanding the challenges of maintaining a large-scale, high-volume SaaS platform, with a focus on producing quality, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Strong API design skills, prioritizing security and thorough documentation.

A genuine curiosity about business and a product-oriented mindset.

An autonomous, proactive approach to work.
