Expected pay for this position is $39.13 - $46.03 / hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

$5,000 -1 year work commitment

$10,000 - 2 year work commitment

$20,000 - 3 year work commitment

OSF Center for Health in Rockford is a multi-disciplinary clinic, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology. Collectively, the clinical team has over 150 years of combined experience, and treats a variety of orthopedic, neurological, lymphedema, vestibular, and pediatric conditions. Our dedicated team is committed to serving our patients with the greatest care and love.

POSITION SUMMARY : The Physical Therapist assists patients in the restoration of physical function through evaluation and treatment.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education :

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Those licensed after 2016 must have a Doctoral degree. Those who were licensed prior to 2016 are exempt from this requirement as grandfathered under prior IDFPR or MBPT requirement for licensure (which allowed bachelor's / master's degree; the normal industry requirement prior to 2016).
