At Providence Medical Group SW, our Patient Service Representatives are valuable members of the patient care team in our clinics. We currently have full-time roles available. Here are a list of departments we support in the following locations :

Call Center : Olympia

Internal Medicine : Centralia

Endocrinology : Lacey

Family Medicine : Lacey, Olympia

Occupational Medicine : Lacey

Physiatry : Lacey

Obstetrics & Gynecology : Olympia

Required Qualifications

1 year customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Coursework / Training : Two years of community college / business school training.

Coursework / Training : Additional course work in business or health care related subjects.

1 year experience working in a medical setting.

Physician group practice.

Experience with electronic medical record.

Salary Range : WA Puget Sound Min : $20.76, Max : $29.08

About the Team

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
