WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Endocrinologist to meet the growing demand for Diabetes and Endocrinology services at FPN Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists Lafayette located in Lafayette, Indiana.

WHAT WE NEED :

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT :

• Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
• Average outpatient volume : 12 - 15 patients per day
• Average inpatient consults : 0 - 4 consults per week
• Shared call expectation
• Extensive resources including onsite Clinical Diabetes Educators
• Potential outreach to surrounding locations
