Multi-family General Contractor is looking for a detail-oriented individual for a Construction Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Job Startup (HUD sign, temp signage, toilets, storage, trash, water, apartment setup)
• Setting up temporary, permanent electric, and water meters.
• Completing vendor invoices regularly
• Keeping track of contracts for subcontractors by :

Issuing

Entering that they are returned

Obtain suppliers’ waivers
