Location : On Site in Canton, Ohio

Schedule : Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities of the Estimator :

• Review engineered mechanical plans and specifications (HVAC and sheetmetal).
• Perform material takeoffs and prepare complete mechanical bids including labor, materials, and other costs.
• Design and identify resources for installation, retrofit, and repair projects.
• Coordinate with purchasing, vendors, and subcontractors to compile accurate cost estimates.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and proposals.

What We're Looking for in an Estimator :

High School Diploma
