• Implement Quality Management System protocols for new products.
• Plan for short and long-term needs of manufacturing and participate in sourcing, purchase and commissioning of necessary equipment for optimization of factory. Qualifications :
• BS in Engineering or similar technical degree.
• 3+ years track record leading development of plastic and rubber parts and solving manufacturing problems.
• Experience in Validation of system.
