Job description

SAP FICO Analyst

Location : St. Louis, MO or Shelton, CT (3 days onsite)

  • Must have : 4+ years working with SAP, strong communication, self-motivated, must be able to independently, SAP FICO (S4 Hana), strong integration experience, project management experience, vendor management / working with offshore teams, working with global processes, SAP migration experience.
  • Nice to have : Readsoft, Blackline, Hyperion, S4 Hana

Skillset Needed :

  • SAP Knowledge

    • Need to be able to get inside SAP finance configuration and find their way around the system

  • Must be great problem solvers and have the ability to solve problems with technology
  • Hungry to learn
  • FICO (Finance, Controlling) knowledge; need to understand this space (need to be able to speak well to the business)

    • Controlling (understanding of Cost and Profit Centers)

  • Base Configuration experience

    • Targeting strong culture fits that can take requirements from the business, implement technical upgrades, and deliver back value to the business.

  • Strong communication (ability to explain what, how, why), self-motivated, process improvement focused, etc.
