This includes serving as a coding subject matter expert, providing guidance on documentation integrity to support compliant coding, and identifying patterns and trends for educational opportunities.ResponsibilitiesReviews medical record documentation to ensure coding and abstracting assigned is complete and accurate in accordance with IPPS using ICD-10- CM and ICD-10-PCS Coding Classification systems.Serves as subject matter expert for Enterprise Coding.
