The Event Assistant will play a key role in handling logistics, coordinating with vendors, supporting on-site activities, and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for event planning, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning Support :

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue managers to secure services, equipment, and space.
• Prepare event materials, including name badges, event programs, signage, and other promotional items.
