Job descriptionPerform landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks with quality and attention to detail. Operate equipment and tools safely and maintain them in good working order. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting / carrying 35–80 lbs frequently. Support your crew by helping prepare and load materials and equipment each morning and ensuring everything is ready for the next day. Assist with other lawn care duties as needed. Attendance : Being reliable and on time is critical to meeting our customer commitments. Efficiency : Complete jobs within planned timeframes to help the team stay profitable. Quality : Minimize rework by getting the job done right the first time. Customer Satisfaction : Build great customer relationships and deliver excellent service every visit. Process Compliance : Use company systems (such as LMNCrew) to track time, jobs, and notes accurately. Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or a related field is preferred. If you do not have experience, you must be willing to complete training within 6 months. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting / carrying 35–80 lbs. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred (as crew members may be asked to drive Company vehicles). Pay Range : $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience. Paid Holidays : New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Paid Time Off (PTO) : Begins accruing from your first week of employment.
