DeFi Product Lead

A company is looking for a DeFi Product Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Design products for release in partnership with DeFi applications

Collaborate with engineering, research, and business development teams to implement impactful features

Engage with external stakeholders to validate product decisions and identify new opportunities

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in DeFi product design and management

Hands-on experience in product design for lending, stablecoins, and derivatives DEX

Proven track record of driving DeFi product strategy and execution

Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering and research teams

Self-driven and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
