Seeking BE / BC Pediatrician to join faculty team in Yakima, WA.

Purpose of the Position

Provides direct care to patients in the clinic, hospital, and other care settings, with ambulatory care under the oversight of the Clinical Site Director, educates residents through precepting and formal teaching, performs assigned advising and curricular duties.

Clinic is the medical home for more than 30,000 people in Central Washington. We provide comprehensive care for all ages, regardless of the ability to pay. Our patients receive preventive services, care for acute and chronic illness, and care in our clinics, hospitals and other sites. We provide prenatal and obstetric services in Yakima and Kittitas Counties.

1-1.5 : 1 MAs, Pediatric RNs, after-hours nurse triage, and case managers

Bring your unique interests and talents to work in our patient centered pediatric care outpatient clinic where you can enjoy a partnership with our dedicated team of Pediatricians, APCs, Behavioral Health Professionals, and Nurses to provide direct care to children and adolescents under the oversight of our Clinical Site Director. You will lead your healthcare team to promote good health, treat and prevent illness and maximize function to our patients. This opportunity presents you with opportunities to train Resident Physicians and students. Other requirements include pediatric call and newborn rounding at Hospital as scheduled.
