What You Should Know About the APRN Palliative Care role :

• This is an opening in the Inpatient unit at Ohio's Hospice of Dayton facility
• This is a Full-time Days position 8a-5 : 00p includes weekend , holiday, and on-call rotation.
• We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end-of-life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed

The APRN's Essential Duties Are :

To ensure that patients within community facilities are provided with advanced clinical judgment and decision making based on expert knowledge and skill in assessment, diagnosis, planning and management of symptoms of life-limiting progressive illness in a manner that is consistent with the scope and standards of Hospice and Palliative Nursing Practice.
