Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale heavy highway and bridge construction projects throughout the Greater Austin area. This role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong background in TXDOT contracts , heavy civil work, and complex roadway / bridge delivery.

About the Role

You will oversee all aspects of project execution including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, cost controls, QA / QC, and field safety. The ideal candidate understands TXDOT specifications and has successfully delivered projects ranging from major highway expansions to bridge structures and roadway reconstruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead project teams including field engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors
• Maintain compliance with TXDOT standards, specifications, and reporting
• Monitor project costs, change orders, and overall financial performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DOT representatives, inspectors, and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain critical path scheduling and production planning
• Ensure jobsite safety and quality assurance are upheld to company and agency standards
