Are you a proven leader ready to take charge on dynamic electrical projects?American Trades Contracting is seeking 2 experienced Traveling Site Leads / Journeyman Electricians to join our elite team of skilled trades professionals. With a focus on commercial and industrial electrical installations, you'll lead crews, ensure top-tier workmanship, and deliver projects that power Texas and beyond. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor apprentice electricians on job sites, demonstrating safe, efficient practices while overseeing rough-ins, wire pulls, pipe bending, terminations, and system installations.
• Interpret blueprints, ensure compliance with NEC codes, local regulations, and project specs for high-quality results.
• Manage on-site operations, coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors, and troubleshoot electrical issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Perform hands-on electrical work, including conduit installation, switchgear setup, and equipment maintenance.
• Travel as needed for out-of-town assignments (details below), while prioritizing local opportunities.
