Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or related roles

Proven track record of building and optimizing operational processes

Strong analytical skills with experience in data querying

Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)

Proficiency with collaboration and database tools, with Airtable experience preferred
