Our client, a dynamic hospitality provider, is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to join their team. As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you will be part of the customer service department supporting guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Answer multiple phone lines in a fast-paced and distracting environment; collect or pass messages to / from guests and employees as required.
Coordinate email travel inquiries with internal and external customers.
Perform routine hotel functions, such as taking reservations and registering and checking out guests.
Assist with basic concierge duties, including travel and transportation arrangements, informing guests about local amenities, and securing guest valuables.
Deliver guest packages and assist with luggage transportation while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
What's Needed?
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
