Job Summary :

Ennoble Care is looking for a full-time, experienced Scheduling Coordinator that will work on-site, full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime hours, in / around Atlanta, Georgia, who aligns with our motto, "To Care Is An Honor". This position is responsible for ensuring Ennoble Care is providing high-quality care services. They will work with clinicians, staff, and patients to reach healthcare goals and keep the lines of communication open. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you should be compassionate, experienced, and highly organized. In this role, you will play an important part in our ability to provide exceptional care by managing the individual care providers, including scheduling and providing support for the caregivers and families. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, communicating, and revising the daily schedules of providers conducting in-home and tele-health visits.

Responsibilities :

  • Schedule / re-schedule patient appointments for clinical providers
  • Contact patients, communities and partners to communicate, align and confirm patient schedules
  • Reviews and updates patients' demographic and insurance information
  • Effectively prioritizes tasks
  • Promotes prompt and courteous service
  • Displays excellent communication skills
  • Maintains provider daily appointment load
  • Handles voicemails daily and ensures all inquiries are handled properly
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience as an Aide preferably in healthcare
  • Extremely organized and able to manage files, logbooks and staff schedules
  • Calm demeanor under stressful situations
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Communication skills
  • Computer proficient
  • Proper phone etiquette and multi phone line skill set
  • Work well under pressure
  • Be dependable
  • Display teamwork

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Ability to visit multiple office sites.
