The team combines deep technical expertise in AI workloads, networking, and cloud management to drive innovation and accelerate AI adoption for customers.

Cisco Hyperfabric Group is seeking a Sr. Director, Product Management to lead the definition, strategy, and future direction of the portfolio. This data center network product is designed to capture the market transition as companies modernize their data centers and deploy AI. You will own the product strategy and P&L for a cloud-controlled network solution, and its associated full-stack dedicated AI infrastructure. You will drive the entire product lifecycle - from roadmap and engineering alignment to delivery, go-to-market, and customer adoption and success. Leading a highly skilled and diverse product team, you will mentor and coach to strengthen the technical expertise across product management, technical marketing, and engineering communities. You are also expected to influence industry standards and serve as a technical advisor to company leadership.

• Strong background in network system design and understanding trade-offs in defining new products.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $280,100.00 to $384,800.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and / or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and / or training. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
