TechTarget is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Revenue Operations & AR Analyst. In this role you will interact with customers and will act as a liaison between finance and the sales operation teams.

Ideally, this person will have between two and four years of prior customer outreach experience. Familiarity with invoicing, revenue recognition, and order entry is a plus but not required.

The position will report to the A / R Manager.

Essential Job Functions :

• Interact with customers and act as a liaison between finance and the sales teams;
• Work with sales operations and clients to resolve customer billing issues;
• Review accounts that are delinquent, on credit hold or over their credit limit;
• Issue monthly invoices and manage special billing requirements
• Respond to billing related questions from both internal and external customers; and,
• Ad Hoc projects as necessary

Knowledge, skills and abilities required :

• Bachelor’s degree preferred;
• Familiarity with automated accounting systems and Excel preferred;
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills, be detailed oriented, self-motivated and eager to work in a fast-paced environment; and,
• 0-3 years prior Accounts Receivable or order management experience preferred
