Salary up to $60,000, depending upon experience

Job Responsibilities :
- Support the General Manager with various tasks to maintain the overall success of the restaurant
- Train, coach, and hire team members
- Ensure the team is motivated and providing top-notch guest service
- Promote and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure that all food safety standards are met
- Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Demonstrated understanding of the business
