Job Type : Contract to Hire

Pay Rate : $18 / hour for day shift, $20-21 / hr for night shift

Schedule : 12-hour day or night shift | Rotating 2-2-3 schedule | Start time : 5 : 30 AM or 5 : 30 PM

About the Role

We are hiring Production Operators to join our team in a SQF-certified food manufacturing facility in Caldwell, Idaho. This role is essential to our operations, responsible for safely and efficiently running a full production line Operators receive comprehensive training and contribute directly to production performance and quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor the entire production line , including dough mixing, baking, and packaging.

Maintain high quality control standards and ensure consistent product output.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain efficiency.

Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols .

Work within a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Experience in food manufacturing or production environments .

Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and follow SOPs.

Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Preferred Skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Organizational skills and ability to work quickly and methodically.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
