  • Job Type : Full-Time (Temp to Hire)
  • Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 / 5 : 00 PM (depending on lunch break)
  • Pay Rate : $19.00 / hour

We’re looking for a Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator who’s proactive, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting internal teams and responding to client and provider needs with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Be Doing :

A little bit of everything — and all of it important :

  • Provide responsive, friendly support to clients, providers, and internal teams
  • Monitor and manage the Customer Service email inbox (BRCS)
  • Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the right contacts
  • Track, maintain, and update provider and vendor databases
  • Request and organize W-9 forms and other essential documents
  • Assist with bill processing, data entry, and system updates
  • Generate reports and send updates to clients with accuracy and timeliness
  • Support state reporting and assist with regulatory compliance
  • Jump in on special projects and assist departments as needed
  • Keep supplies organized and troubleshoot basic system issues
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times (HIPAA compliance required)
