We’re looking for a Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator who’s proactive, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting internal teams and responding to client and provider needs with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Be Doing :
A little bit of everything — and all of it important :
Provide responsive, friendly support to clients, providers, and internal teamsMonitor and manage the Customer Service email inbox (BRCS)Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the right contactsTrack, maintain, and update provider and vendor databasesRequest and organize W-9 forms and other essential documentsAssist with bill processing, data entry, and system updatesGenerate reports and send updates to clients with accuracy and timelinessSupport state reporting and assist with regulatory complianceJump in on special projects and assist departments as neededKeep supplies organized and troubleshoot basic system issuesMaintain confidentiality at all times (HIPAA compliance required)What We’re Looking For :
