Shift : 4x10s, primarily days with some evening shifts and on-call as needed

Position Overview :

Seeking experienced Cath Lab Technologists (CVTs) to assist in complex cardiac and vascular procedures at a leading medical facility. This role includes full participation in a dynamic, fast-paced Cath / EP Lab environment performing advanced interventional and structural heart procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and maintain sterile procedure fields, instruments, and equipment

Anticipate and assist with equipment needs during procedures

Function as scrub tech , circulator , and monitor / documenter during procedures

Operate and troubleshoot cath lab equipment

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure safe, efficient care

Participate in on-call rotation and ensure room readiness for emergency cases

Required Experience & Procedures :

Cardiac Procedures : Right / Left Heart Caths, CTO, PCI, Pericardiocentesis, RotoPro

Vascular Interventions : AngioVac, FlowTriever

Mechanical Circulatory Support : ECMO, Impella, IABP, ProtekDuo

Structural Heart : TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, PFO / ASD / VSD closure, CardioMEMS, Valvuloplasty

Documentation & Monitoring : Accurate hemodynamic recording, procedural notes

Sterile Technique & Equipment Prep : Essential

Job Requirements : License :

RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) through CCI

OR ARRT (Radiologic Technologist with cath lab experience)

Certifications (AHA only) :

BLS

ACLS

Experience :

Minimum 2 years Cath / EP Lab experience

Must have experience in critical care or cardiac environments

Prior experience in structural heart and mechanical support systems is required

Schedule & Expectations :

Shift : 10-hour shifts, 4 days / week

Call : Rotating on-call for late cases, nights, and weekends per unit needs

Team Fit : Technically skilled, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure
