Elementary Teacher-Prodigy at BBI

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for students in grades [K-3]. The teacher will plan, implement, and assess lessons that meet the educational standards and foster the intellectual and social development of students.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and encourages student participation.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional resources to cater to different learning styles.
• Assess and monitor student progress through observations, assignments, and tests.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.
• Manage classroom behavior in a respectful and effective manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities.
• Incorporate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' academic performance and attendance.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and activities as required.
• MAY PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
