PM / Estimator

US Trades & Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled project manager with estimating experience in pipefitting to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple pipefitting projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of the project. They will also be responsible for preparing project estimates, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness, and reviewing bids to ensure they align with project goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipefitting, including experience with plumbing, boilers, heating, cooling, and fire suppression systems. They should possess excellent communication and leadership skills and have experience managing a team of tradespeople. The candidate should be familiar with all local and state building codes and regulations and be able to ensure that projects comply with all requirements. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of financial management principles and be able to develop and manage project budgets effectively. A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position with competitive wages and benefits.

Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time.

Pay salary is negotiable depending on experience
