Job descriptionExperience : Minimum 2 years as an LPN, with travel nursing experience required . First-time travelers may be considered based on experience. Education : Completion of a nursing education program approved by a Board of Nursing. Certifications : BLS. Location : Must live more than 100 miles from the facility. Permanent staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler. Provide nursing care for palliative care patients, seeing an average of 8 patients per day. Conduct patient check-ins and rooming (1-2 half days per week). Schedule patient appointments and manage phone triage, including calling in prescriptions and authorizing visits / prescriptions. Support telehealth visits three half days per week and in-person clinic visits one half day every other week (subject to change). Chart patient interactions accurately using the Epic system. Assist with quality work queues for home health during downtime (if applicable). Referral bonus Weekly pay Medical benefits Continuing Education Dental benefits Vision benefits
