Position Summary :

LER Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and resilient MRSS Crisis Therapist to join our evening crisis response team in Lorain County. This role is ideal for a licensed mental health professional who thrives in dynamic environments, understands the unique needs of Lorain’s communities, and is committed to delivering immediate, trauma-informed care to individuals and families in crisis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide on-site and remote crisis intervention services during evening hours.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized crisis response plans.
• Deliver therapeutic support to clients and families experiencing acute emotional distress.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, social services, and community partners to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training to enhance service delivery.
• Educate clients and families on coping strategies, safety planning, and available resources.
