Advanced Systems Design is seeking a Client Systems Technician for our client.

This is a fully onsite opportunity to work alongside the federal government.

Primary Duties :

• Provide administrative duties for all software contained on the Dean of Faculty IT systems at the client site
• Works independently or with a team.
• The Technician shall perform administrative duties to include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and removing academic software on the Dean of Faculty's IT systems.
• The technician must maintain education and training requirements as outlined in AFMAN 17-1303, specifically paragraph 3.2, of the Cybersecurity Workforce Improvement Program.
• Provide on-call support as required.
• Obtain technical guidance as required from supervisor and / or higher-level technician.
• Observe and adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and client safety rules and regulations.
• Fulfill other work center duties as assigned.
• Provides support to other contract work centers in the event of manpower shortages or unexpected requirements.
