Three ways to join our team :

1.   Employee with a guaranteed hourly rate.  The hourly rate is based on years of experience and ranges from  $33-$41 / hour - hours are Guaranteed and it is W-2 position. Must work at least 20 hours / week to get benefits.

2.  Employee Pay Per Visit (PPV)  - this is a W2 position with a higher hourly rate than the guaranteed hourly position  $50-$76 / hour , but you are only paid when you are with a patient.  Comes with benefits if at least 20 hours / week.

3.  Contractor / PRN  which is a 1099 position and is paid at $30 / 30 minute session  ($60 / hour) and $80 / evaluations.   No benefits.

CF-SLP or CCC-SLP.    MUST hold a Texas license as a speech language pathologist (see requirements below)

Hours / Schedule :   Create a schedule that works for you! (traditional 5 day / 8 hours; can do 4–9-hour days & a one-half-day Friday OR 4–10-hour days)

30+ hours week is considered fulltime with benefits listed below.   This position can be any hours between 30-40 hours / week.
