Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of development experience in a commercial setting. Proficiency in .NET and C#, with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming. Experience working with RDBMS Experience working with databases like MongoDB or NoSQL. Skilled in building microservices and working with cloud technologies, especially AWS or Azure. Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and performance tune software code. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Option 1 : Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2 : 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year\'s experience in software engineering or related area. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.

Compensation & Benefits
Walmart offers competitive pay and performance-based bonus awards, with health benefits, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. PTO is provided, and additional paid leave options exist. The amount of PTO depends on job classification and length of employment and meets applicable paid sick leave laws where applicable. Salary ranges vary by location : Seattle, WA 108,000.00–216,000.00; Denver, CO 99,000.00–198,000.00. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly bonuses and stock.
