YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR SERVICE DISPATCHER - TECHNICIAN SCHEDULER

As a Service Dispatcher - Technician Scheduler, you work a flexible schedule, allowing for optimal coordination with our team of technicians.

You typically work 2-5 days a week, from 12 : 30 PM to 9 : 00 PM.

In this position, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our customers receive prompt and efficient plumbing services.

Each day presents a new challenge as you utilize your experience and skills to optimize scheduling and coordinate our team of skilled technicians.

You'll take charge of incoming service requests, carefully assess priorities, and assign jobs to our technicians based on their expertise and availability.

With your excellent organizational skills, you'll maintain accurate records of service calls, technician availability, and job status, ensuring transparency and effective communication with both customers and technicians.

Your ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions will be essential in handling unexpected changes or challenges that arise.

By efficiently managing our dispatch operations, you'll play a vital role in our commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

• Dispatch experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred.
